Following three days of rigorous technical evaluation, the Contest culminates with the announcement of the Top 20 cheeses in the world – and the winner of the prestigious World Champion title.

The 2024 Champion, called Hornbacher, is made by now four-time World Champion cheesemaker Michael Spycher at Mountain Dairy Fritzenhaus for Gourmino AG in Bern, Switzerland
