Tuesday, March 3 – 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Wednesday, March 4 – 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Live judging demonstrations will be held at 10:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. each day. During these sessions, attendees will learn how the judges evaluate and score dairy products.
